FABRICATION CENTER SERVICES/ PROCUREMENT
GWTT has excellent relationships with OEMs and fabricators across all disciplines of water treatment expertise. These relationships are leveraged for your project to ensure that each manufacturer/fabricator becomes part of the GWTT delivery team and stands by their product. These partners include pre-engineered and ready-to-build products and customized equipment.
We also have the resources to deliver in-house manufactured equipment, appurtenances, and pre-fabricated units to field installation and maintenance teams. These systems are always right sized for project specific applications, budgets and schedules and can be as turn-key and automated as needed. GWTT’s electrical and controls specialists design and build custom power and control panels that help ensure discharge compliance and avoid system upset and increasing system uptime.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING
Individual components and equipment units are tested at their respective manufacturers prior to shipment, and integrated systems are then shop tested at GWTT’s facility before deployment to site. We have found that a simple clean water test to ensure our systems perform and operate as expected is vital to our vision for quality, proven systems delivered to market.
GWTT offers the opportunity for witnessed tests. This includes inspection based, physical and functional tests and includes system verification against all applicable specifications and drawings. For all controls related testing, the test will simulate the integrated system and ensure programming and interlocks are ready for wiring in the field.
SITE ACCEPTANCE TESTING
GWTT will perform site acceptance testing and/or performance testing in accordance with mutually agreed upon criteria and durations.
