GWTT is pleased to share that Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has presented us with STEP GOLD in recognition of our achievement and ongoing efforts in the development of a quality safety program for 2026. Safety is our top priority, and this recognition underscores our commitment to operate safely in all aspects of company activity.
According to ABC: The Safety Training and Evaluation Tool (STEP) was founded in 1989 as a safety benchmarking and improvement tool and has evolved into a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance among participants, regardless of company size or type of work. Participating ABC member firms measure their safety program and policies on key components through a detailed questionnaire with the goal of implementing or enhancing safety programs that reduce jobsite incident rates.
